Even in these uncertain times,
PSL is here 24/7 to listen, inform and support you.

We continue to provide a 24/7 telephone contact line: no question is too small or too large, no issue too difficult or surprising.

Our trained staff and volunteer workers will take your calls and after a soft assessment of your need (a relaxed chat), will be able to explain how the service works and you with a clear pathway through the support services PSL can provide.

If you need something we can’t provide, we can signpost you to someone who can.

Services on offer today:

  • 24/7 telephone contact line
  • Dedicated telephone support sessions, by appointment at a time to suit you and your family situation. You can chose either a telephone or video call.
  • Each Family Support Group has a “whatsapp” group, you will be invited to join the group after conversation with your Family Support Worker. The groups are held weekly and are facilitated by a Family Support Worker.
  • Contact with your peers, through the “whatsapp” group
  • Links to web-sites that could help you cope
  • Up to date information regarding drug and alcohol use, trends and treatment service provision
